There should be a height limit bar around the pitch, a bit like you get on a roller coaster. Anybody under 4’ 10” tall can run on the pitch and they won’t block anybody’s view. Even so it won’t guarantee that there won’t be trouble.

It’s not the first time we’ve respected a manager’s wishes and stayed off the pitch. I seem to recall that we did the same for Adkins.

It’s just bizarre that on a a great day when we’ve been able to celebrate a great achievement, and at a time when some of us were still out celebrating a great achievement, that anyone is trawling the image libraries to form this OP.

The fans were happy. The players were happy. Their families, who wouldn’t have been on the pitch had it been invaded, were happy that they could be involved.

Why do players run to the fans to celebrate, sometimes jumping in to the stands? It is because the peak of celebrating as a group is together, not clapping each other at a distance.

Yesterday was brilliant though, not complaining.
