In the early hours of this morning Sheffield United lost one of their biggest fans.

My uncle was a passionate Sheffield United fan, and he passed away, and he was far too young.

I know we have banter with the blades fans and I know this game is going to be one of the biggest derbies in both clubs recent history, but when I'm at the game on Sunday, I'll be thinking about the fact my uncle missed this match. The match he had a ticket for and was looking forward to all season.

Some things are just more important than football.

It would be nice on Sunday, if both Sheffield Wednesday fans and Sheffield United fans could remember that we're all football fans.
