Yet we’re in the league where it’s looking destined one side is going to miss out on automatic with 90 points.

A turn of events that, as we found out some years later, never should have happened.

The top 3 in that division will fight it between themselves. Its who comes out winners against each other that decides it. Pigs aren't good against the top sides. I thought Vale might have given them summat to think about tonight mind.

But we march on ourselves. Good win tonight. We worked harder than we should have had to do because we couldn't pounce on our dominant spell early doors.

5 away wins on the spin is 1 away from the club record I believe. QPR got hammered by Luton tonight as well so we look favourites going into that one.

Positivity. That's what we're after.
