How come so many neutrals can get tickets?

I know a Palace fan who is on their system from buying tickets in the past. He refused to pay the £40+ for a ticket. He went to see Palace v City last Saturday and paid £36.00. He's going to Old Trafford this coming weekend and paying £30.00. He'll be at the Lane tonight and paid £21.00.

Wednesday (Chansiri) are ripping all fans off with the ticket prices. That guy on RS on Monday night (Matt) was spot on. If they don't make it this season I can see serious meltdown - like Leeds under Risdale, there is no plan B.
