I weep as I see all those empty seats when I was desperate for 4 of em.![]()

Same here. They're a pathetic joke of a club that would rather see the stadium half empty than risk being outnumbered 2 to 1 by fans of a real football club.

There were empty seats in the away end. One of the official coaches had over twenty paid for seats that didn't turn up.
An absolute shame because for once the police were very fair, a lot better than SYP, and the united fans well behaved all round, I saw no trouble anywhere. Just a great atmosphere and a great day out.Or the local Plod said no?
I had a similar conversation with a SYP officer outside a pub in Fenny, he said the hardest part of his job all day was going to be convincing his Berkshire counterparts that we were only there to party......then within 5 mins the 2 mounted officers and the van watching us just disappeared never to be seen again.Police i spoke to after the game said that they were expecting a very busy day and they were surprised that they basically had a decent and quiet afternoon. My comments were that there was never going to be any trouble as there was no rivalry.
They'd clearly had some 'intel' after Port Vale as well. They were amazed at the sheer numbers and compared us to Man U levels of support
There were the usual few idiots, even when I was chatting to the police there were a couple of knobhead having a go at the stewards in black.I had a similar conversation with a SYP officer outside a pub in Fenny, he said the hardest part of his job all day was going to be convincing his Berkshire counterparts that we were only there to party......then within 5 mins the 2 mounted officers and the van watching us just disappeared never to be seen again.
Cause friends who don't/can't get their tickets together decide that they're still going to sit (or rather stand) together anyway so there ends up being too many people on that row?(Not sure why people had to stand in the aisles though)
Not sure that was a case around us, think some of them just wanted to stand in the aisleCause friends who don't/can't get their tickets together decide that they're still going to sit (or rather stand) together anyway so there ends up being too many people on that row?
You sure ?Nothing whatsoever to do with Bucks Police - it was a club decision.
do you get free binoculars.. opera specs??View attachment 26097
My view from the prawn sandwich area yesterday. To all the Blades at that end, you were as magnificent as the team yesterday. The noise you generated was something to behold.
The people around me were stunned by the support. I've never been more proud to be a Blade.
And the home end - View attachment 26126 Laughable.
You sure ?
The operative word is local ,I think you will find another police force had some input, if not to the bucks police then to the club.Yep, the local police made no representations regarding limiting the number of away supporters. That's from the CC himself.
