Transfer window opens 1st June FFS. Sorry Chris but there's literally no time for a timeout.

If we can make 2 great signings in early June then our quality players may feel encouraged to stay if they can see the potential.

We need:
*Commanding CB
*Proper Moore type CF but better.
*Proper competition for Campbell.
*Left wing backup for Hamer (I think BBD is quality when properly fit but he seems too injury prone)
*JRS to give Brooks competition. 7 goals in 1750 minutes. 1 per 250 minutes. Brilliant contribution!
* Choudhury for RB.
*Souza cover if Choudhury is RB
* Also if we sometimes play 4-2-3-1 then some one who can score far more than O'Hare.

Do not offer Brewster a new contract.
Loan Cannon out to whoever wants him with a view to selling for £5m.

If we're not much improved by mid June sack Wilder to allow new guy 8 weeks pre season.

According to capology he's on £15k a week and has 2 years left on his contract. Thats same as Brooks and McCallum, so doesn't seem right.
If correct and we can get him for a few million, I'd snap him up.

With Femi coming in when we need to attack more I'd say that puts us as strong as we are on the left.

Quality Right back competition.

A first choice left footed centre back.

Another right footed centre back.

Two central midfielders. Arblaster and Davies can't be relied upon.

Competition on the wings. At least two.

A pacy striker that likes to play on the shoulder. Campbell and Moore are the link options.

That’s your opinion. I’ve said my piece both when he returned and since. Personally I think we need a change but that’s an opinion that will be challenged by many. Neither opinion is more right or wrong than the other.

My angle is he needs a rest physically and mentally, as do the players. I’ve never understood people who think we should be signing people on day one of the transfer window. Mental and physical health is the most important thing in my opinion.

Absolutely fine. But generally when somebody is saying they need a break it’s more than a holiday.

From personal experience anyway.
