I think you'll find he did it on purpose mate. I could be wrong but I very much doubt it on this one. :)

My apologies Jehovah, I blame the fact i'd just indulged in a few Paddy Power 'Fan Denials' (check them out if you're unaware) and assumed the reply was akin to aforementioned fan denials . Even at 9:30 in the morning :D

"Found it gaffer but I think it's broken. Keeps spewing stuff about some Fleck guy in Glasgow???"

I can't tag posters on my phone, ready for all the jokes after that line:) but silentblade has elluded on many occasions that we'd pre signed players as early as January so that list could have some life in it, as much as I fucking hate it.

If true I would give them 24 hours to accept or I would withdraw the offer.

Sick of being dicked about by these cunts.

No way will Hammond sign for us now, his bezzy mate Nige has been sacked and he knows the fans absolutely detest him, the twat.

Plus with CW in charge it looks like he might actually have to do some work.

The rest I can believe.

CW did say that there were a few that were expected to leave (pre-CW era) would now not be leaving. Hammond could be one of them. If so I can only assume that CW thinks he can....

  1. Get more out of him - make him fitter?
  2. Reduce his wages - pay him £1 per week?
  3. Acquire experience - supposedly been there done that?
  4. I can't think of owt else!
I would be very disappointed if he was offered a deal but thinking about it, who's to say that this hasn't already been arranged by NA ???

The other 4 mentioned, I'm not too fussy it they stay or go

UTMB!

Hammond hasn't been offered a deal.

Long has, Flynn has, Edgar has.
Unless things dramatically changed last day that's it as far as I know.

They might not accept, they all have different teams sniffing. There's prem sides offering to turn George into a millionaire overnight but he will probably never play for them, it's just to make up the english quota.
Flynn has Coventry and offers in Scotland but is settled.
Edgar has Toronto and another League 1 side sniffing.

I wouldn't risk being branded a tosser, I never pretend to be ITK but I'm fairly sure this bloke knows what he's on about.

Remains to be seen.

Never said they signed on pre-contracts. Nine players had agreed to sign for us from what I had heard early last month. Don't know if any of them did sign the dotted lines

If that's true, and if he's got any sense, he'll surely go to Toronto if only to get rid of all the long-haul flights every time he's called up for international duty. Probably pay better than us as well.

I don't think they can actually sign until the end of the season, unlike when you can sign someone from Scotland for the next season in January.

Not saying they haven't agreed to sign, but both sides still have chance to change their mind.

I think he will for what it's worth but I don't think MLS pay better than us, the marquee players get paid more but that's it. He wouldn't be one of them as he plays for Canada and isn't really a star name.

But, what it boils down to is Sheffield or Toronto. Which is a tough one...

He's also from Ontario so a move back there may appeal. He'd probably do fairly well for them is have thought, and may help him get back in Canada's starting XI.

Is he not in their starting XI now?! From being Captain to being dropped altogether hahahha, oh Sheffield United, a poisoned chalice.
