I’ve read the majority of drivel on here slagging off everyone under the sun, to who we need to replace to new formations new systems etc.

The majority of teams in this division have loads more money than us in terms of wages / fees etc.

What is our plan B for when Chris Wilder leaves? As for me relegation would be nailed on!

Wilder is the glue definitely, the owners should be pushing to make their investments pay, never Mind pissing about throwing toys about, there's been no better time to make promotion push, but as always the owners hold us back.

If and when CW does leave, it should be made clear to the nex incumbent, in the interview stage, that the legacy and ethos that he’s left behind, should be carried forward for a blueprint too all managers, that will eventually pick up the mantle. IMO

If Wilder is going to leave he needs to do it quick whilst his star is in the ascendancy. If he sticks around for too long then his reputation will slide with that of the team. He should stick two fingers up at the board and walk. I wouldn't blame him one iota.

Nobody's offered him a job yet

I think he'd like to stay for 20 years and probably would if he was getting backed

But in the summer there will have been five or six clubs that have missed out on promotion who were really going for it

If one of them comes for Wilder he's gone, fan or not
Things always go sour eventually when a manager receives no backing, it even went sour with Bassett and Warnock who have been our best managers for decades.
Wilder won't allow United to ruin the reputation he's built up

Scoping a "plan B" to replace our beloved manager, whilst he is still in charge. I'm sure he'd love that.
Surely the owners would be better working WITH our manager than against him?

I blame the fans
