We've all been critical of the midfield and defence this season, and rightly so, but the shortcomings in our forward line have been clear to see over the last few games. They aren't quick enough, aren't clinical enough and don't create enough space. Yes, the midfield is an issue, but they rarely have an outlet and hence it's no surprise that the ball doesn't often go forwards. Similarly the defence - eventually the opposition work out that we aren't much of a threat and start attacking themselves, with little concern for getting caught on the break. Yesterday was a prime example but it's been like that for some time. And to think that we started the season knowing that the defence would probably leak goals but thinking that we'd normally score at least 2, so it wasn't such an issue!!

Sharps done ok.
The rest of the squad aren't contributing in front of goal.
I still have reservations with Adams, he's a bit patchy, but would stick with him and sharp up top for the rest of the season, with done backup or out wide.
Barring baxter and Collins, goals from anywhere have been hard to come by.
