I felt like Slav was treating this as a bit of a friendly match last night if I’m honest. Hence the change in formation and the sub at half time. We’d also used all of our subs by about the hour mark.

I think we looked a lot less comfortable in the second half although I wasn’t too concerned with the overall performance last night, it’s clear we’re nowhere near up to speed yet. If we still don’t look great by October/November, I’ll start to be worried
