So tonight brings the rearranged match against Fleetwood at BDBL with CW, as well as most of us, still fuming at Saturdays poor result. As many have said though, 2 goals at home against 'lowly' opposition should get you a victory, so to lay blame at the strikers door is arguably unfair. Anyway Saturday is gone and now is time to take some pressure off ourselves and put it on the others by taking three points. Hmmmm no mean feat...
Fleetwood unbeaten in 10 league games and well organised. This time 'if' we are on top we really need to hammer home the advantage...
So....
Any team news?
Lafferty hopefully returning?
Samir still out?
Done on bench?
Riley surely getting some game time?
Hanson a debut winner?
Not saying anything which hasn't already been said but we do need to get back to winning ways. Tonight being a particularly tricky game to get that going again. However we are top for a reason, and should not be fearing anyone at our place. Blips will happen but this season, with THREE main contenders for 2 places, makes it all the more important to maintain what has gone before. Would be heartbreaking to finish third, BUT there is a long way to go yet....
Fear it could be a draw, 1-1 but Hanson might pop with a late winner for 2-1
