Great 3points today a win on monday and it will av been a very happy Easter

Games involving the top 7 this weekend

Brentford V Notts County
Colchester V Bournemouth
Coventry V Doncaster
Swindon V Oldham
Tranmere V Sheff Utd
Yeovil V Walsall

Doncaster V Swindon
Bournemouth V Scunthorpe
MK Dons V Brentford
Notts County V Yeovil
Portsmouth V Tranmere
Sheff Utd V Carlisle
Things could be a lot clearer after that little lot. I could see a couple of teams being realistically out of the race for Automatuic promotion by the end of Easter...

So the question is, in an ideal world, what result would we prefer at the Keepmoat on Monday?? I think I'd rather see Donny win or a Draw. A Swindon win just makes it all too tight...

Provided we win, a draw or a Swindon win for me. A point behind Doncaster with two games in hand sounds very attractive!

Great win today lads and great support from the travelling Blades :)

With a Swindon win, another 3pts at the lane and both Bournemouth and Brentford expecting to get a point at least - unfortunately we could have a situation where it couldn't be closer with 5 teams separated by a point or two.

I think with Donny's next few games being tough, a win on Monday would be best but agree that a draw would also be OK. Donny have Tranmere at home and tricky trips to Brentford and Crewe to come so can't see them winning the majority. We play Swindon in couple of weeks so regardless of the result on Monday it will be in our hands!

Crunch time...

I've said it all along. Doncaster will not finish in the top two. The implosion is under way. :)

Swindon and Donny drawing would be the best result in my view, that would share two points between two of our promotion rivals rather than a win for either, which would return 3 points. We'd gain on both with a win.

As several have noted above though, this is all academic without a win at home against the division's worst defence.
