7 days or so until the fixtures are out, bit of fun, guess who will be our first opponents.

No prizes apart from the Kudos of being a good guesser!

I'm going for Coventry away.

the pigs at swillsborough....................oh fook i forgot they got relegated to division 3 :D
Dull or weeds away.

Judging by the last couple of seasons fixtures, an away game at one of the relegated sides would seem to be favourite. Anyone for Hull..?

Yes, Hull away would be a decent start, but personally, this year, I want us home first, home boxing day, home last. That lot have had it for the last 2 years, so why not us this time. Oh, and they also had easter monday at home too, so we'll bloody well have that too.

With us being in a higher league, do we automatically take some precedence over the fixtures or does it not work like that?

Millwall away....a summer's afternoon trying to avoid the idiots going too and from the ground.good excuse for a weekend in London thou

i think if it did work like that linz, that shower of shite masquerading as th FA would soon put a block on it and dock us 10 points

For the past 2 seasons we have been away to a team who came down. So if it follows suit i'll go with Burnley away

Unfortunately, it's not because of Wednesday!

It's actually Doncaster's fault - the Police pair us with Donny so that we always play at home in the same round of fixtures. Their one request is to not be at home during the St Ledger, which last year meant that we lost out on all the bumper home crowds as a result.

Perhaps its time for SWFC to be paired with Doncaster then? Perhaps because we are in a higher division now, we should take precedence?

Interesting theory, not that I understand it. How does this affect first/last games and boxing day? Now wendys are in a lower league they should be paired with donny.

They'll pair us with Donny - otherwise we be paired with Barnsley or Leeds, neither of which make as much sense. I would expect they'll pair within a division first, and then outside.

Oh, and Leicester away.
