I think your record has got broke pal seems to be saying same thing over and over again. As for the set piece specialist we have one sat on the bench but for what ever reason doesn't get a chance at all seems to be a waste of a signing in Ricky Holmes.

Fewer clean sheets than Burton.

I think it's worth mentioning until people realise that the defence is shit because we have shit defenders who defend shitly.

Kept less clean sheets than negative nige I wonder why? O yeah because everyone sits behind the ball and they start with a point so let's keep it approach? If you want to go back to that football you must be the only person that wants to see that. I think the finishing has been the big problem in the last 2 games especially against Cardiff who we hammered for 92 mins of the game but couldn't put it to bed.

Attacking football works for teams who can attack effectively. In the absence of this, you must at least be able to defend. We do neither.

And so why are we where we are and not involved in a relegation scrap like burton then? You seem to be talking a load of bollox pal. And I am not a clapped by all means and think we have pretty much done with play offs now but the points you seem to be making at total bollocks. Isn't there a reason you was banned of the site the first time round?

For me Wilder has polished shit this season. He needs some big funds to go further next season or we will be bottom half next term. We have had a brilliant season and maxed out with some of these players. Mini clear out in the summer is required to equal this seasons achievements.

Very brave post which I agree with. We won't do a Barnsley as they not recovered from the JTW sales in 2017. The signs are there though and I am afraid CW needs to be a bit ruthless in the summer with a few.

Doubt we would struggle like Barnsley - but we could easily be like the S6 lots this season - falter after a decent season before.

Our season has mirrored Barnsley's last season without selling our best players in January. If we line up with the same team next season I'm really not sure how we can expect anything better than bottom half given our form since November. I'm not being negative for the sake of it, I'm just genuinely worried how we can turn around our fortunes next season.

For me, Coutts HAS to come back in - he is our metronome. We have to find some players with that little bit extra quality.

I actually enjoyed our performance today in a bizarre sort of way - it's a game we shouldn't have lost and for similar reasons we should have put Cardiff to bed. Enough possession and chances.

CW's comments "I think we're a really good side, but we're just missing something that wraps up games and the damage today is difficult to take." sums it up for me. He knows what it is but won't criticise the players in public. For me, it's quality in the box. We signed Wilson from Man U to solve that problem except it hasn't solved it. We need to look again up and down the leagues, but appreciate how difficult it is going to be.

If we're looking to strengthen the coaching staff can I suggest an "edge of the box" coach. Someone who can teach the defence how to prevent the opposition getting shots away from this area and to encourage our players to shoot from distance and be somewhere near the target. This and defending set pieces seem to be 2 things other sides do better than us.
