Head and shoulders best player for us tonight. Looked like our only player that could get in their team. For me the best signing of the season.

Agree, he’s often the main outlet for our attacks, we attack down the right wing a lot and quite often Baldock sees a lot of the ball and is knackered. It’s a shame the left hand side isn’t as dynamic and attack minded.

I think Baldock has confidence due to his pace, so he’ll make forward runs or try to take on a player.
Stevens did try dribbling past players in the early days but when he’s lost the ball the other team has created chances.
So I think Edna Stevens has lost some confidence and tends to play it safe making sideways passes to the midfielders.

I stated in August (15th to be precise) Baldock would displace Freeman as the #1 RWB.

He’s been good, but even I am not so sure now that he will have it all his own way once Freeman is fully fit and available.

Proper classy player. Fit as fook, will keep bombing up and down all day, good throw on him, great touch and cross, and recently showing to have a good shot on him too.

Whatever happens this season, he'll be a big part of the next.

Agree, the problem is we don't have another one of him on the other side, so everything goes through him and teams realise that.

LWB as good as Bladock in summer is key !

I wouldn’t write Kieron off just yet. But I couldn’t disagree with you either. Impressed the shit out of me both home and away last season for MK. Head and shoulders their best player.

I thought Stevens was the better of the two at the start of the season.

That left side offers nothing now, Baldock runs the right side, but when he's got Basham to bounce balls off he's always going to be fighting an uphill battle.

Baldock's a proper athlete. He's got pace, power and doesn't stop running. That being said, I do love Freeman and can't wait to see him back on the pitch. Just wish we could have Freeman on one side & Baldock the other

Yeah, him and Holmes were the only two that really caused them any kind of problems today. He got clattered which in any other match would have been a definite yellow but instead the ref didn’t even give a free kick, just gave poor Baldock a bollocking for mouthing off.

Excellent player, if only he would cross the ball quicker. His end product needs work, that's all that stops him being premier league quality.

Just a pity Coutts is injured and whoever steps in to fill the gap seems incapable of supporting Baldock.
