I've noticed that we now play three consecutive fixtures against opposition who currently are on equal results/points to us (West Ham, Burnley, Tottenham).

This could be a key portion of the season. A win in any of those games would not only increase our points total but go some way to solidifying our foothold in this league. Even drawing all those games would most likely still keep us in around mid table, which after 12 games would be a remarkable achievement.

This would tie us over nicely until the key December fixtures that, were we to do well in, could virtually guarantee a stress free 2nd half to the season.

We’ll probably win 1, draw 1 and lose 1 😉

I'll stick with my pre-season prediction of between 45 - 50 points and never in any serious danger of going down. Wilder doesn't do mini leagues - he does 1 game at a time and points on the board.

I predict 9 points

Misread the thread title, like others, and expected this to be a league table of our Enda's cheeky nutmegs...

Which gives me an idea :D

Win one, Lose one, Draw one.........Repeat

Ahh.. this brings back fond memories of Phil Parkinsons 'mini league' consisting of us and Bolton.

I wonder how that's going...
