Relegation is a certainty once the 20 point deduction for having rowing owners, is applied. There will be a further 10 point deduction on appeal, as 'it wouldn't be fair on the CheatinAmmers fans'.

We will go straight through L1 and L2 but on the bright side, can look forward to the big derby with ChesVegas.

February is a killer month that starts this weekend (albeit in January). We MUST win those 3 home games v Bolton, Boro and Reading and get as much as possible from the 3 killer away games.

If we can get 12 pts from those 6 games we'll be OK. Still 2pts per game that.

This in direct contrast to a thread on Porktalk where they reckon 11 points in Feb should see them knocking on the door of the playoffs after they ripped Wigan apart 1-0. Apparently nobody else will between them and sixth will be picking up any points.

In microcosm, this is the difference between them and us.

Home form is going to be massive.
If we can win our home games, a lot of which should be winnable, it takes so much pressure off the away games.

Win the home game & you only need a point away to be averaging 2 points a game.

Or win 1 in 3 away games & you're still at 2 points a game.

Home form will make or break this season, not away. Need to get behind them at home & turn it into a fortress!

Think Leeds fans will be having a similar meltdown after losing at Stoke? Middlesbrough 'only' drawing at home to Millwall? Forest losing to Bristol City and Reading in the last two games? QPR getting thumped at home? West Brom losing at Blackburn and just one point out of their last six? Villa losing 3-0 at Wigan a week ago? Derby losing at Leeds a week ago? Tonight, WBA have an 'easy' game at Bolton. We'll see.

Unbelievably, The Blades aren't the only club who lose games, fail to 'show up' etc. That's why nobody has took this division by the balls yet and there's still two autos and four play-off spots to go at.

...so just one auto place left back then and United would only get 27 points out of the final 20 games. Keep the faith. All to play for.

I think ChipButtyBlade is absolutely right to predict a dip in form that will take us not only out of contention for autos but for play offs as well (who the f*** wants to go through the expense and disappointment of Wembley again, if we even got to Wembley). I'm hoping to pay off my mortgage by betting big time on us losing every match on Sky as an AKA. I have first hand knowledge that the fall out with our owners will end up with Chanseri buying us out and shutting us down so we don't have an option but to buy his reasonably priced tickets to start supporting the pigs.

Things can only get worse.
