as to why our manager doesn't see the HUGE issue we have at centre back. Every high ball causes panic.

3 center halves he's let go, dropped or fell out with this season!as to why our manager doesn't see the HUGE issue we have at centre back. Every high ball causes panic.
Don't worry he'll go out and bring a few more journeyman midfieldersIt's just such an obvious issue, especially with the lack of height in other areas of the pitch.
When does the loan window close?
Every time the ball was in our half in the second half I feared the worst. McEveley keeps getting under it. Brayford won some good balls, but also dived in. Does Morgan count as playing staff?
4 actually! Maguire, Collins, Butler and McGahey3 center halves he's let go, dropped or fell out with this season!

No Morgan needs sacking . Anybody knows what he does . Lets get over the Morgan great captain , sentiments . Get someone in who can coach the back four in football basics . Also the spine of the team is not there . albeit We have just brought in Davies .
If Morgan does the U21 , why is he taking up room in the dug out.
I always thought the rule was you build a successful team around a goalkeeper , CH and CF.
Does anyone know if we can use the loan window for a CH.

I thought Brayford attacked the ball well yesterday and tried to dominate and easily eclipsed McEverly in terms of performance. It's not ideal but,if NC doesn't get a centre half in,Kennedy (when fit) playing alongside Brayford might work as Kennedy is vocal and organises well. Freeman would be fine at right back. The oddest thing about the CH situation is the fact that an experienced manager doesn't realise that you can't have a centre back pairing of two players for whom it's not their natural position. You could probably get away with playing one there, but they need to be partnered by someone with experience. How they're meant to have the natural positioning and awareness which comes from years of experience is beyond me.
Teams are increasingly sussing out this weakness and exploiting it.
I reckon, if you looked at all the goals we've conceded this season, the majority would be down to issues which stem from not having natural CBs
