The Case For The Cup

I would add that it is the international break after the QF, so really there should be no reason not to put out the strongest side possible.

So long as it wouldn't be like Watford in 2019 who got to the final in 2019 and were beaten 6.0 by City.

If we do manage to get past Blackburn which is no guarantee and Man City are the team we are up against if they manage to get through to the Quarter-Finals of the Champions League they are due to be played Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 April, with the returns scheduled for 18 and 19 April. Which is the Tues/Wed before the FA Cup semis. It could be interesting to see what type of side they would put out if they were through to CL semis.
Yes
They'll put a team out that only cost £400 million instead of one that cost a billion

The thing that struck me was our players keeping the ball when they had the chance.

No aimless hoofs to nobody and inviting the pressure straight back onto ourselves.

No strolling about while the opponent kept the ball in front of us for 10 minutes

Just passing it around and pushing onto Spurs to make them uncomfortable.

A bit like we were doing earlier in the season
