Anyway to be constructive how about telling us objectively of what you thought of Wednesday's performance at Huddersfield as you were so keen to see them.

No seriously Judge, you've seen them play and I won't even watch them on the box I loathe them that much and wanted to know what you thought. Given on another thread it was posted from a Notts County fan about Wedneasday I thought there might be some common ground for once.

My concern about United is the confidence issue if Ched gets sent down. Now of course it would be a shock and I suppose the players could feel "sod this we're not a one man team" and put in a shift that ensures promotion is achieved, but given he is a big assist man plus scorer, if he was missing now - when to be honest we really don't want the play offs again - you could see it changing dramatically for the worse. If he is found not guilty I reckon we're up - absolutely.

Like you I recall the relegation and prior to the Villa game thought we were safe, but oh no we went and screwed it up and really don't wan't that to happen again. As Darren pointed out a few weeks ago we don't tend to do that when going for promotion, just fighting relegation, but with all the play off heartbreak and cup semi-final failures one gets sensitive to these kind of things. I just feels as if United don't show too much bottle when it really matters, that's all.

This team has shown plenty of bottle in my eyes . We have had to win games since jones took over just to stay in second and we've done it , how many wins on the trot now 7 ? 8? Scored a hatful of goals
Maybe the change in style will help us overcome some of the previous mental blocks that have caused us to bottle big games , I dont know but the blades are in a strong position and aside from a few games where everything that could go wrong did go wrong we have been very consistent and I've no doubt we will close the season out as professionally as we have so far
