I'm hoping - having ordered the away shirt the other day- they won't apply the sponsor to it before shipping. If it has been, they'll be returned. We had something nice, this ruins it...

Can I have the amount our new sponsor has paid? Surely you agree the value of this now-public deal should be much more readily available and verifiable than anything I can cite? Surely you'd also agree that hiding / not disclosing the value of the deal is - while perfectly legal - never done for positive reasons.

Not sure why you're having a hard time appreciating people having an issue with this, or what that issue is.

You also know (much more than most) about the financial mechanics and I don't believe you'd think this deal is either good enough or passes the smell test.

I don't care about the logo on the shirt (although it's objectively ugly). I care about peddling a bollocks product, front and centre, for peanuts. I'm yet to see a reason why a blank shirt is worse than this.

Honestly prefer the look of this sponsor to last years, will probably look best on the cream shirt if it's colour matched as that's the least busy design.

Must add that I dont like this seasons home kit anyway, can't understand how anyone thinks it looks good.

I like it. I like the colour difference between the home and away shirts and if I needed another excuse to buy the pink away GK kit for my 2 girls, a japanese cat on the front is it.

Not sure what the record between a sponsor being signed and then going bust is but it does feel like by Christmas we might stop having it on the front...

Just hoping this means we embrace the Japanese link and get Asahi in the ground, half time sushi and a roving Samurai at half time.

In fact, the club have just released some new lyrics for GCB...

Unlike you (peanuts) I’m not claiming to have any idea about the money. Neither am l aware of earlier offers. Which is why l asked following your comment.

I fully understand why people don’t like it, it’s low rent, but l also understand we won’t be attracting A list sponsors. We didn’t in the PL.

What l don’t understand is grown men railing against it to this extent. Whatever, it’s going to have much needed funds into the club. Anyone not wanting the shirt without the sponsor can seemingly purchase without it.

Yep, it’s a financial scam. The company don’t do anything at all, it seems. They have printed a load of scam coins, keep most for themselves and sell a small amount. As they sell the small amount, the coin price rises and then they sell their own in to FIAT (creating money out of nothing) and leave the bag holders with a digital meme that is worthless. It’s on Solano and 50% of all projects on that platform have proven to be a scam. To get involved with this is seriously troubling.

We had a scam company sponsor when in the Premier league without it really hurting us. The owner clearly isn't fussy and as long as we get paid and isn't against his faith he's all for it.
