The Birmingham number 18

When I first saw him before the kick off I noticed how tall he is and I was thinking "He will be a handful when we are defending set pieces". When Birmingham took their first corner, I was looking for their number 18 in our box before I realised that he was taking the corner kick! He must be like Sander Berge who is very tall but crap in the air!

Said exactly the same to my pal when they had their first corner.
Even if he’s crap in the air, he’d occupy a tall defender giving others a chance.
He did take a decent corner though I think?

I was thinking the same. But when he took the free-kick (after Hamer’s foul?), I regretted the thought. He whipped it in at pace, and caused mayhem at the near post, with the ball ending up going just wide of the post. 1-0 at the time, I think, and as usual I began to worry…
