i agree with you danny he hasnt done imo we definetly need a new centre back in and still plenty of time to do it this month just wonder if these 8 goals conceded might make chris go for byron webster of course that depends on our bank manager mr mcabe i suppose

I'm stunned we aren't after a centre half. For all the talk of the strikers it's been the defence that has been our weak spot all season. Now teams have figured out we can't cope whenever anybody attacks us to say i'm worried is an understatement

Absolutely agree. Two massive cock ups today have cost us a point and it's not a coincidence.

What worries me is that we are now pinning everything on Jake Wright steadying the ship. He has been absolutely fantastic for us and I hope him coming back into the team is like the time Warnock brought Shipperley back in after dropping him but we are asking an awful lot of a 30 year old defender who is playing his first season at this level. I'm not knocking Wright as I think he's been our most consistent player this season but we are hanging our hat on a player who was recently released at Oxford. It's not like we have a Phil Jagielka waiting in the wings
