I always enjoy how grounded Deadbat's reports are. I laugh when a player does nothing all game and is poor overall but many fans will give them 8/10. Hey, they scored the winner, what more do you want? Deadbat will give them 5/10 upgraded to 6 for the goal and will be honest in his overall assessment.

I always enjoy reading his reports even if they don't make pretty reading, but I'd rather read honesty then deluded Bladier Than Thou nonsense and drivel.

Already posted this under Deadbat’s report but didn’t realise there was a specific appreciation thread so reposting here!

Just want to say Deadbat that in a shipwreck of a season your reports have been a welcome and solid piece of driftwood to cling on to. As the mast is splintered, the sails hang limp and the rudderless boat that is the Blades capsizes it’s been an absolute lifesaver all season to grip onto your honest posts that are always buoyant, don’t drag us down further beneath the waves of despair and, above all, keep us focused on the fact that being a Blade is ultimately about waving, not drowning. Thanks for your time and effort that I, and many others, really appreciate.
