I couldn’t give a flying fuck about the contract, I’m so glad he didn’t sign it because I don’t think he should’ve been offered one anyway, he isn’t good enough, along with many others I may add.

The fact he’s managed to make some fans like yourself turn a blind eye to his piss taking of the fan base and club by doing absolutely fuck all in every game this season is a skill on its own, not one that will get past my eyes though, he’s been a full weight cunt this season and treat the fans and club like shit, open you’re eyes FB.

Again, it has nothing to do with him thinking he’s Gerrard and Lampard mixed in to one and can demand what he wants, he can’t and wont get a club like ours ever again.

which fans sauntered around the pitch giving the ball away, strolling around as if he was Puskas, whilst stealing a wage most of us can only dream of?

The major criticisms relate to his “performances” rather than his desire to earn more.

l was fully behind Wilder the way he dealt with Duffy. Then despite his words at that time, let JL roll him on his back and tickle his tummy. Nowt that is a question that wants answering.

Yeah, because he's taken a shit load of flak from the fans this season hasn't he? We've all been on his back. They've all gotten away with this seasons woeful displays scot free (yes, all of them, not just Lundstram). But his recent efforts (we shall use that word loosely) have been appalling. At least make some effort to look interested. I know players don't want to get injured when their contracts are coming to an end but he hardly broke a sweat, never mind a bone.

I have mixed feelings over Lunny as I can relate to him in my own work situation.

Ive been teaching for 6 years and 2 years ago a teacher was employed by our school and given £2000 pa more than me even though she had taught for 2 years less than me. Then this year another teacher who wasn't even fully qualified yet was paid £500 pa more than me. I tried to reason with management for a pay rise but they were having none of it, and as its a private school and business there was nothing I could do. I tried to leave and applied for other jobs in other schools but didn't get any so i'm still stuck being unequally paid. I feel his performances were good enough to keep the shirt even when Berge arrived, and can understand why he felt agrieved that Berge is likely to be on far more than he is even though he has been at the blades for longer. Looker at it now, Berge didn't do a lot for blades and this season Lunny has been far better than him even though he has been poor.

I wish him all the best for the future but can't help but think he has been made a scapegoat when all of our midfielders have been appalling this season.

I don't think John lundstram did that , granted the last 5/6 matches he was poor very poor so have plenty others all season but have not received the same torrent of abuse

The criticism doesn't begin with his performances it began when lord wilder tried to pressure him in press conferences/media into signing a new contract which got the fans back up

Why has Norwood not received the same dogs abuse why has Stevens not received the same abuse


Would that possibly be because they are under contract

Lundstram could have ended up with 10+ goals and be worth 20+ million

That also says a lot about our recruitment that wilder signed berge one of his better signings and played in him a position he has never played Right of a three

You take out the last 10 matches of this season and look at how he’s performed overall you’ll come to a different conclusion

If a Prem team signs the lundstram of last season they have a bargain

For about four months he was excellent. Since then he's got ahead of himself and his attitude stinks. He's been stealing a wage for over 12 months now. His embarrassing excuse for a tackle vs Wolves first game of the season set the ball rolling for the disaster that was to follow and should have told us all we needed to know about where his head was at. One of Wilder's biggest failings was not signing enough midfielders to ensure Lundstram never needed to be anywhere near the team this season.

Feel exactly the same about Mousse. Playing as he is capable of doing we may not have been so far adrift, and fending off bids for £££'s.

Problem with Lundstram is, he came back from a loan to become a PL player. PL had him down as a defender in the fantasy league and he was getting points left right and center. It threw his head as he thought he was better than he is, he rejected a new contract and since then his performances dropped.

He will probably get another season in PL before he'll go back to the lower leagues.

100% this, he will end up at Burnley or somewhere like that and not play more than a couple of games, he is a big time charlie who bought into the hype from fantasy league (in reality it was all a bit tongue in cheek but i think he didn't get that). I normally try to find something to get behind our players for but he is a really unlikeable bloke. When we got promoted everyone expected him to be moved on or loaned out, was a huge surprise when he got any game time and he just happened to hit a bit of a purple patch for a few games, other than that bang average squad player for a lower end championship team.
