First, in transfer speculation...
Manchester United are set to swoop for West Ham striker Carlos Tevez and want to complete the deal - believed to be worth more than £20m - inside 48 hours. (Daily Mirror)
Tevez has agreed to join the Old Trafford outfit and the move will be completed next week - subject to any challenge from the Hammers, who still claim to own the player's registration. (Daily Mail)

We are apparently very close to having access to the paperwork which confirms our claim that Tevez should never have been allowed to play in the last three games of the season.
Kia Joo etc.is now prepared to reveal the contents of these docments as he wanst to clarify his ownership of the player.
This will effectively blow the thing wide open as the premier league had alwasy said that they were satisfied that they had received effidence confirming that West Ham had sole rights to the player. This paperwork apparenetly proves this not to be the case and obviously calls into question the validity of what the Premier league have said and the subsequent basis of their decision and that of the of teh two panels as the evidence provided by the premier league had apparently been, lets say misrepresented.
This has not gone away yet and if nothing else I can see the premier league offering to buy us off, or is the correct expression, offer us compensation to go away.
EUFA could become a pivotal figure in the whole debate.
