Be a bastard writing a song for him anyway. Not much rhymes with Kongolo.

Tynemouth Blade gets all his sources from the kitty cat section on YouTube![]()
He would be no good here.
His beats the 1st man with his cross, that will totally baffle our strikers.
JOC of 2019 is a huge miss, but 2020? JRob is his equal and adds the long throw. We still need a 2019 JOC replacement, but Kongolo's injury record rules him out, Smalling on loan is the best of a poor choice for me.It doesn't sound as though Kongolo will be the answer (pity as he has a lot of positive traits to his game) but yesterday's game highlighted the urgency for a new LCB. Robinson was only ever ok to cover the odd game but he's miles away both in terms of quality and style of play (he's very much traditional CB or LB).
JOC is looking like a huge miss both in terms of defending but also Utd's attacking play down the left.

Looked like he was our main target with Ben Davies being quoted at 10m. Going to be a busy day for CWAK and the teamDaily Fail says No:-

Terence Kongolo's move to Sheffield United on the rocks
The defender has only just recovered after missing most of the year with a broken foot that required metal re-enforcement. That metal work had to be removed again before he could resume playing.www.dailymail.co.uk
