Apart from Baxter being injured and apparently smashing the lot up I think he's nailed on to start then :)

Time to rotate (but not to the extent we did at Fulham in the League Cup)**

Howard
Freeman McGahey McEveley Wallace
Basham Coutts Cuvelier*
Done Sharp Adams
subs: Long, Brayford, Harris, Dimaio, Whiteman*, Sammon, De Girolamo
*not sure if Cuvelier is fit. Adkins spoke about him training consistently for a couple of weeks and he played an hour of an U21s game last week; if not then give Whiteman a start.

**we all know that Collins and Hammond will play really.

I'm not sure if I can be bothered to go to this game.
My lad's not going, nor any of my few remaining friends that still live in Sheffield, I live in Leicester.
I'd end up just buying a ticket for myself, a right billy-no-mates.

A well balanced team with all players having suitable attributes for their roles, and complementary skills all over the pitch.

The cup allows a bit of rotation and we’ve got JCR, Edgar and Baxter likely out so I’d play

--------------------------Howard

Brayford------McGahey—Collins---Wallace

Freeman-----Coutts----Basham---Adams

------------------Sharp---Sammon

Subs:

Long

McEveley

Reed

Hammond

Done

De Girolamo

McDonagh/Cuvelier/J. Wallace………. Etc. If any are fit. Or Otis Khan if the terms of his youth loan allow it. I remember last season we called De Girolamo back for a game in the cup then let him resume his youth loan at York.

Considering the amount of money that this cup can generate then I would go with our strongest 11.

Doesn't matter if half a dozen get injured as most are hopefully going next month anyway :p

You'd better be talking about gate receipts. We'd win enough in prize money to pay Sharp's wages for half a week.

Be very surprised if Jose plays for us again, I don't think Adkins is a fan.
