Don't usually bother with these but...

Ramsdale
Bogle / Basham / Egan / Ampadu / Bryan
Brunt / Berge / Fleck
McB / Brewster

Even be tempted to play...

Berge / Rodwell / Brunt

...in the middle. Mental, I know. Can't be much worse though can it!

Definitely play the number 10 so McGoldrick with Brewster and Mousset in front of him. I think it's time to go back to Robinson at LCB. He's not great but he isn't a total disaster either and his long throw can be an asset. I'd give Stevens and Bash a rest.

Haven’t got a clue but surely 2 out of Brewster, Moose and Burke should be starting to at least try and stretch the Man U defence with a bit of pace ?? All other strike combos have resulted in 1 point and a couple of goals so far.

Ramsdale
Bogle. Egan. Robinson. Osborn
Bash
Berge. Fleck
Didsy
Brewster. Burke

The fact Rodwell hasn’t found himself in the rotation for the DM spot yet really sticks out as he must be finished at any sort of respectable level because aside from flashes against Liverpool from ampadu and a decent game for Norwood I can’t remember the opposition we’ve consistently been poor there.

I'm liking the calls for Moosey and Brewsey up top against Man U.

I'd also, as sad as this sounds, like to see us chuck an extra man in midfield at go 4-3-1-2. Just to see if that shores things up. We're looking overrun in midfield at the minute and as another poster highlighted on here after Leicester, the big switch leaves us scampering to get across, without ever really getting near.

I'd go:
Ramsdale
Baldock Basham Egan Stevens
Lundstram Ampadu Fleck
Berge
Mousset Brewster

Mousset and Burke/Brewster up top they are fast enough to get in behind together for the 2v1 goals

It's all deckchairs on the Titanic at this point.

IMHO 4 players deserve to start: Egan, Baldock and Bash, who have been the best 3 players this season, and Osborn, who was a marked improvement on Lowe against Leicester when he came on and is untainted by Sunday's debacle.

Ramsdale also has to play because despite my lack of confidence in him the alternatives are much worse.

After what I have seen recently no midfielder deserves a starting place, and only McBurnie has had a good game up front recently but of course he reverted to type on Sunday, and probably misses the game through that self inflicted injury. Idiot.

Assuming Wilder is sticking with 3-5-2 (although it's really 5-3-2 at this point) That leaves us with the following team:

Ramsdale
Bash Egan This week's lucky draw winner
Baldock pick 3 out of a hat Osborn
Any 2 of the strikers except Sharp or Burke

We are going to get thrashed, I fear.

1. Verrips
2.Bogle
3. Ampadu
4. Egan
5. Osborn
6. Lundstram
7. Berge
8. Fleck
10. Didzy
9. Mousset
11. Brewster

4-3-1-2
Love the formation, hate the personnel changes. That is an untried team and will do nothing for balance and cohesion. To drop Rammers, Bash, Baldock and bring in Lundstram is mind boggling!

(4-3-3)
Ramsdale
Bogle Ampadu Egan Stevens
Berge Basham Fleck
Brewster McGoldrick Burke

Subs:- Verrips, Baldock, Robinson, Norwood, Osborn, Mousset, McBurnie

Hello, you know who, here

Drop Wanksdale for Verrips

Give Brewster a start. He's gash, but give him 90 monutes to show something.

I think we need more than 3 midfielders to get a foot hold in the game, but can't see it happening.

Egan-Bash-Ampadu
Burke-Berge-Fleck-Stevens
Didzy-Mousset-McBurnie

3-4-3 with the idea that Burke/Stevens are defensive wingers, pressing from the front while helping in tracking back in defence too

Mousset has two deep lying forwards either side to stretch Man Utd’s defence and link midfield

Berge and Fleck box to box and support in transition on the wings. In attack phase overlap the deep lying forwards and present as options in the box

The outer CB’s cover wide areas for the wingers going forward, Bash is used as a Libero, linking defence and midfield and Berge helps defend by dropping to DM where required too
