Whilst Kabba and Sestanovich may have descent from those countries, they weren't born there and didn't play for them, so I don't think we can include them :-)

I struggled coming up with quality foreign midfield players. Having said that it wouldn't have been much stronger if I'd included British born players! (Since I started supporting the Blades I think Michael Brown and Michael Tongue are the only real quality midfield players we have had who weren't coming to the end of their careers).

I think you are forgetting Ian Hamilton and Jonathon Hunt there....

But seriously, surely Paul Devlin gets in that list doesn't he? And Kevin McDonald?

They were good players for us, but I wouldn't call them great players. I still think we have had a lack of real quality midfielders over the past 40 years.
