Everything that is happening is on Wilder. We’ve recruited some decent individual players for this level but let’s be honest, there has been zero cohesion, zero strategy or identity all season and we’ve been lucky in a lot of games. Wilder and Knill simply don’t know how to gel this team, they’re out of their depth with it and that’s why Wilder will never be a top manager.
