First half observations

Bright start, good goal from One. Has dropped off a lot since then. Not much evidence our high press we saw at York. Higher standard of opposition. Maybe second half eleven with COH and Brooks will improve the speed of play but its all very pedestrian. Again we looked exposed to the counter. Evidence so far suggests we need a Souza style replacement in the middle. One, Marsh and Ukaki the stand outs first half. Davies distribution hasn't improved. Not sure why a tall centre back in Dovy is being wasted at RB.

Who is the co-commentator? He’s absolutely doing my head in cos he literally never stops talking. We’re getting no commentary and he is just a dirge in the background after a while.
On the plus side I’m impressed with a lot of what the team are doing.

Yep - thought Ukaki looked a good prospect and worked really hard. One has the potential to be fantastic if he can learn when to cross rather than shoot. Marsh looks another really tidy player from our Academy. Very encouraging.

O'Hare linked up with Cannon for Campbell's goal against York, now they've linked up together again for O'Hare's goal.

Cannon, O'Hare, Campbell and Brooks could be a potentially lethal four and that leaves nowhere for Hamer. I like Hamer but O'Hare seems to form partnerships and understandings with other individuals more than Hamer does.

Another decent run out. Rotherham were well off it, in fairness, but you can only play what's in front of you.

Second half was much better than the first, especially in terms of attacking intent.

Bindon is giving me Cooper calmness vibes.

Brooks is looking really good. He's formed a good partnership with Femi.

O'Hare is all over the pitch. Much better when he's further forward than deeper.

The attacking players are working well together.
