Speaks very well. Clearly more than just a talented footballer but also a smart, confident man. Him, Godfrey and Ings have impressed me in their interviews. All got something between their ears which can only help things on the pitch.
And that was badly needed in our squad.

I think he’s a very good championship player, I’ve always liked him and when he first came through at Spurs he looked to have premier league potential, and probably still does.

However, we’ve signed him far too late and it reeks of a lack of planning. Surely this is the replacement for Anel, who we sold 23 days ago.

This is the replacement for Souttar...

Tanganga, Great signing for us, like Godfrey, he can play right back as well as centre-back. If we can get a decent right bank and a good defensive midfield.
The main thing is if none of our players get sold, that will be good. We must keep Hamer, Cooper, Burrows and Ohare. Here at all costs, in my opinion.

I’m delighted with the signing.

Just more delighted if it’s nearer to 4 than 10 !!!

UTB
Given the relatively short contract for a relatively big money signing* I'd guess that either it was a fee at the lower end of the reported scale or that there is a non-promotion release clause to allow us to get our money back. Pushed, I'd say we've paid £4-5m up front with add-ons taking the total to £8m if we're promoted and Tanganga is a success.

* United's recent Championship cash signings:
Cannon: c£5m, 4.5 years
Ahmedhodzic: €4m, 4 years
Burrows: £3m, 4 years
Cooper: £2m, 4 years
Moore: £1.5m, 3 years(!!!)

I thought it was obvious given he was on the bench and didn’t come in yet it seems to have flown over the heads of many particularly on here.
Just listening to Selles presser for Boro and it turns out the decision to not start Soumane was tactical and not because he had a knock.
Very worrying decision making from Selles

Great debut first 45. Kept us in the game so far.
Shame the other players haven't turned up.
I defended Selles for the first couple of games but I'm starting to think a change might be required. We don't seem to be offering anything at all of substance, especially with the players we have at our disposal.
