Not because he was at fault for their goal and best other chance.

But;
1) He's looking rusty
2) they barely pressed our final 3rd
4) they're going to sit back more 2nd half
5) most importantly we need the 3 points and goals

First sub Wilder used to make when chasing the game was taking bash off for a striker.

I'd take Osborn off, shove Bash to right and go 4 at the back

He’s looks shot to me. Been poor since coming back from his injury
Thinking the same. Couldn't wait to put him back in. Cost us the goal vs Bristol City and once more today. It would have been some effort for Uremovic to have managed that.

You missed point 3

Love Bash to bits, probably my favourite player.

But he's been badly at fault in the last two away games for the goals conceded.

It's difficult because we badly missed his attacking intent but with no strike force we simply can't afford to give away soft goals.

Got to agree, back heels, flicks round the corner and a lack of understanding that more than one player will press him.

Used to be standard, couple of beers then Bash off on a Friday neet

I know things all turned out ok in the end, but I do agree with you. It was a rare occasion where I felt we should have thrown on a striker and lost Bash.

Which striker are you referring to?
I thought they were all injured

Osborn at fault for the goal. Watch it again he was on the wrong side of basham and nowhere near where he should have been

I would agree that Bash was having of his ‘Bash’ days where he everything he does goes wrong and looks like a league 2 players...but....he’s Bash and we love him...I thought the hoops were terrible but what a 2nd half performance...

I actually said this to my mate during the game, he was the first to sacrifice when we were losing. I thought you could have subbed him last night however taking him off would have meant backs against the wall for the last 5 as he gives us a break from defence
