It’s a 10 game swing that’s required. With Burnley playing Watford, Norwich and Millwall in the next month or so, continue to win and by mid February it could be all but elementary

I’m not. It’s ours to lose now. We can’t rule out some catastrophic event or some really bad luck, it’s football, we’re the Blades, we’ve seen it before but if we can remain solvent and keep most players fit, I’m fairly confident we’ve got enough senior players who know how to get out of this league. I’d still like to see us bring one or two in but that’s not looking likely right now.
Jebbo’s form has been a massive bonus. If we can get the same from either Osula or Brewster when they come back we’ve got some good strikers to back up Ili and McB.
We’ve been the team on a great run before, trying to catch up, last season, under Clough, under Blackwell. We’ve seen how hard it gets when teams above you keep winning.
