Three games in but is the Table already sorted itself out? Can't imagine any other teams breaking into the top eight. Expect the three ex-prem teams to slide as they lose more players. Bristol, Preston and Coventy may also feel the pace. For me the real question is whether Cardiff can avoid falling apart this year.... and we have a chance.

I don't think the league tables mean anything until you are at least 10 games in.

But to keep in reach of the top 2 from beginning to end must be our target this year.

If we play many more games like we did in the first half on Tuesday the only chance we will have is NO CHANCE!!!

The table means nothing - Burnley lost their opening two matches last season and were pinned to the bottom of the Championship.

It won't mean anything for a few games yet - and even then, it doesn't really mean anything til the end of the season. Even then, perhaps nothing - look at us last season...

I think what he's saying is that this is the sort of shape most of us would have predicted come May next year.

I wouldn't agree with the OP.

I thought (and still do) that Forest will end up having a good season...but for all their new found strength in Attack they seem to have completely forgotton about Defence!

It just seemed that teams expected to do well are already there, a little unusual perhaps but also an indication of where the 'tough' games might actually come from. I get the 10 game thing and will double check.
