SUTV packages 25/26?

I emailed sufc marketing and got this reply: We are currently experiencing a temporary technical issue with our payment system, and we are unable to process new purchases for tonight’s live stream. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding whilst we work to resolve this.

Well that is - sort of - encouraging. I have just got to the "confirm you are human" bit (which I had had before) but not the "match the photos below"bit, which I successfully did (Pro tip - go for the Pineapples). But then still got "processing error". Am sure all will be sorted by the time I wake ...

As SUTV is out of action, I gave my handful of shekels to the Norwich City even though it was painful (looks like the same company Stream UK Media Services).
Hopefully the Canaries will roll over in return.

What an incredibly stupid idea to make your streaming services unavailable for three weeks in December.

Don't most companies revamp website and apps in the background and then have them up and running in an hour or two?
 
All these Aussie Blades on here looking for streams because they cba to get off their armchair. Disgrace.
 
No live match clock tonight then..
 
Anyone been successful using SUTV since the issue on the 9th ? I`ve just purchased the match pass from Belgium and the transaction went through I have an email confirmation but when I look under my profile the match is not there. It used to show under your active subscriptions I can still see all my past ones there.

I noticed you can no longer buy just a single game pass. You have to buy a monthly subscription (recurring) or the half-season pass.
 
Looks like the Birmingham game can be bought individually if you’re in Belgium or one of the other designated countries

Problem is it is not appearing under my transactions and yet it's pending payment on my account yet I have an email saying its bought. Guess I will find out at 3pm.

You still can you click on Match passes.

Looks like its going to work it is saying match video not yet available instead of buy a match pass
 
Couldn’t make it today so did the VPN / match pass but the stream isn’t displaying just showing adverts. Is it just me or not working for others too?

I had the issue whereby the stream started about 1 hour back from real time and a few minutes after I caught up, it just stopped. This happened several times then kicked me out. I was in Switzerland first and then tried Ireland.

anyone know which are the "unsold markets" for tonights game?

United use to email details but not any more...
 
Im stll getting a cover screen - has anyone else see the match?
 
We are really struggling with SUTV. Says we are watching live, but constantly gets to the end of the video and just stops. Anyone else? Anyone solved this?!
