It’s just occurred to me that there’s one glaring omission from the 23’s and that’s sam graham. It might signal the end of his time with us as he’s now 20 going on 21 and hasn’t had a successful football league loan.

I think he’s got another year left on his deal. Gordon was ahead of him last year and now Lopata seems to have jumped ahead. These 2 are younger. Graham needs a good loan spell.

Yeah I think tonight probably underlines the fact that sam Graham’s time with us is over. Lopata and Gordon I understand as they look ready for men’s football but if he’s behind gomis aswell then it’s curtains I’m afraid.

Even so I think it’s probably time we looked at getting him fixed up elsewhere. He’s in his 20’s now and has a couple of unsuccessful loans under his belt time to go and find a home and forge a career for himself won’t do him any good to kick around here anymore unfortunately. I’d certainly put him behind Gordon and lopata now and being 3rd choice under 23’s centreback he’s not going to find a pathway to first team football at the lane.
