I'd say it's a little from column a and a little from column b. My instinct is that despite the noises coming from the club, we do want to sell him (for on or close to his release clause). And while he's not gone public with it, I think Sander expects and wants to leave too. As such, we're not agitating to get him back to the club right now as the expectation is that he'll leave.
 



Aye Sharp is there, but wasn't in the training vids.
Sharp has recently recovered from his op so could be on his own regime. Sander had an injury again at the end of the season didn't he, so he too could be on his own regime back at home?

Fleck, not sure but as he's been in the national team he won't have had a break from last season properly. He'll be with the squad pretty soonish.

What was good on the training vid was that it's all quite new to them, and seemed to be a combination of fitness and strength alongside introducing new training drills/ball work.
Hard to tell with the video today but Freeman looked up for it and showed a few good touches and turns. I really hope we get him fit again and firing because he genuinely was one of the best attacking midfielders in this division.

Other thing to note is I'm bloody jealous they're in Malaga. 27 degrees there tomorrow and whilst that's a bit hot for training and footy, it's not for beers and tapas.

SJ will be getting this played at BDTBL just before kickoff.

In a way you can't blame Bryan for looking at his options, but if that's the reason why he hasn't signed, what the hell is he paying his agent for? contract expired June 30th as most do, wouldn't you expect your agent to have a short list of viable offers, prior to the contract running out, so that your in a position to make a decision, subject to last minute offers coming in

Apart from Fleck, Berge and Rammers that's our current squad with quite a few youngsters obviously......looks a bit thin to me, hopefully some incomings soon.

Under 23's last season that made a few first appearances;
Broadbent, Brunt, Gordon, Jebbison, Lopata, N'Diaye, Seriki

Players to return;
Berge, Fleck, Ramsdale

The lads who played international football have been given the option of extra holiday. Mcburnie didn’t play for Scotland and RND chose to come back early to try and force himself into a starting role for Slav Egan has also chosen to come back early. Fleck and Berge haven’t

Probably 2+2=5 but a 2 bedroomed apartment in the old Beauchief Hotel has come on the market today for sale fully furnished…..that’s where Berge lives.

Burke watched Superman on the plane and is trying to run so fast that the world starts spinning in the other direction and we end up back in the Prem.
