I'd have gone either Scougall's at Wembley, or Flynn's against Charlton :)

This post certainly cheered me up.

Davies for me, the way he left the keeper stranded.

I'd have gone either Scougall's at Wembley, or Flynn's against Charlton :)

We scored so many great goals this year. I had to narrow it down to 5. Those 2 marginally missed out, I also considered Murphy's goal last week:)

Flynnys' for the occasion but Murphys' for the actual goal it's self.

I could only pick five. So I have put together 5 others which just missed out (either because of quality or the time they were scored)

Yeah, the two I immediately thought of aren't on your list - Murphy vs. Donny and Scoogs at Wembley. I've no issue with those on your list but you've missed the best two for me.

I'd also throw in the Brayford vs. Charlton; deflected but the build up was excellent.

Off your list, I'd go for Murphy vs. Gills.

Murphy v Donny took place after the nominees were announced (otherwise it would defo be on the list) :)
Scoogs was 6th on the list.
In regards to Brayford, I was looking more at the individual finish than the team goal.

I would have said the 2-1 goal against Hull at Wembley was the best for occasion, one of the most exciting moments Ive had as a blade... Big fuck you to the city fans right after they scored. 1-0 was pretty cool too

Voted Murphy also... What a goal.

To be fair i posted before he added the Scougall goal and on that note i totally agree with you in both aspects.

What brought the Murphy goal down by 20% is the way his legs crumpled under him when he did the final jump in front of the JSS at the end of his goal celebration. That was just embarrassing. Bambi-esque

My best moment as a Blade, it was unbelievable. I will never forget it

My best moment as a Blade, it was unbelievable. I will never forget it

After having so much enthusiasm and optimism drained from me after many seasons of disappointment and trips of inevitable dejection, that moment we went straight up the other end and scored to go in front, I genuinely thought 'we might just win this', and with that I was flooded with memories of when we had done well, when we had only just missed out with pride intact and those plentiful times when we barely turned up. Quite a moment

Cried like a baby when their third went in because I knew it was over... What a roller-coaster of a day
