Strangely flat

No, but you would think it would help. Remember when we played a season and a bit behind closed doors and played like complete shit?
They should bare that in mind if they’re thinking ‘fucking hell they’re a bit quiet’

We've spent 2 years fucking it all up. Going to take the fans a while to find the confidence again I think, I'm not as vocal at the home games I goto cos the people around me haven't been. Away support has had decent voice.

40k at Wembley will blow the roof off I'm sure....

Pigs would take more and me louder

I had a pint of Farmers Blond tonight that was strangely flat.

I thought the atmosphere was flat today, and then I remembered I was watching on a dodgy stream with the sound on mute.

Admittedly haven't been to a lot of games post-lockdowns, but first half it was like an end of season game between two teams with nothing to play for. I noticed the players particularly MGW and Norwood trying to gee up the fans in the last 10 minutes. We should be encouraging the players vocally not the other way around as they were performing well enough on the pitch especially last 10 minutes as we were unlucky not to get a second. I never usually criticise the atmosphere but loads were leaving around me in South Stand from 83rd minute with the game and a play-off spot still in the balance.
It's been like that all season, the football doesn't help it'd slow boring and predictable. I know where doing ok but the football doesn't help with the atmosphere bar boro at home It's not been good IMO

Agree it was a bit flat today considering the situation.

Had a drink after the game with some Cardiff fans through a mate and said I was surprised second half how little pressure they put us under.

They just said we're shit but we couldn't understand how they didn't make more of their height or Vaulk's throws.

I think everyone was just waiting for us to concede a stupid equaliser or to screw it up some other way
Agreed. We invited it on to some degree, rather than being more positive in possesion for most of the second half, although I agree with the OP that we had a go at the end.

The team still lacks confidence in that regard and it's reflected in the fans reaction. Cardiff should have given us a torrid time in that last 15 minutes but it seems they couldn't be arsed.
