It was flat because I was told to calm down on the Kop today as the mother near me didn’t want her kids to get upset by the shouty man.

North Face man on John Street got told off for swearing by an elderly man in front of him. Better entertainment than on the pitch first half.

We've spent 2 years fucking it all up. Going to take the fans a while to find the confidence again I think, I'm not as vocal at the home games I goto cos the people around me haven't been. Away support has had decent voice.

Atmosphere has been dreadful at Wembley every time. There needs to be some collusion to get like minded singers behind the net

Admittedly haven't been to a lot of games post-lockdowns, but first half it was like an end of season game between two teams with nothing to play for. I noticed the players particularly MGW and Norwood trying to gee up the fans in the last 10 minutes. We should be encouraging the players vocally not the other way around as they were performing well enough on the pitch especially last 10 minutes as we were unlucky not to get a second. I never usually criticise the atmosphere but loads were leaving around me in South Stand from 83rd minute with the game and a play-off spot still in the balance.

Flat? They could’ve done with giving us something to shout about. First 45 was abysmal

I must admit, I do have to bite my tongue a little bit when I've got my lads with me, but I do bite it and just remind the boys that what they hear and see at football stays at football.

I have asked nicely if people can stop vaping those huge berry donut flavoured steam trains in their faces a couple of times though and everyone's always been like, "oh shit, sorry". So it's cool.

I am a proper card carrying snowflake though.

We're South, nearer away end and I was surprised how quiet their fans were in the first 10-15 mins. You at least expect away fans to give it some at the start of the game.

We heard plenty from the Kop and tried to keep it going on the South but it's bloody hard work

i always think that these amazing atmosphere are mythical 90% of clubs are in the same boat. we think foreign atmosphere are great because we only see champions league or big games. or watch napoli at home assume the whole league is like that

I watched on ifollow with Cardiff commentary and they said united fans made loads of noise,so either thr united fans did and your ears aren't the best or they just aren't used to any atmosphere

Agree.....nearly every match we look slightly better than the opposition but our build up play is often slow and we're rarely high tempo or convincing.

I was saying today....we have decent quality players but as a "team" we're not a patch on the Wilder promotion team.
If we reach the play-offs I can enjoy it more because my expectations are low.
