First half we were chasing shadows and Derby looked like a Premiership team at times, and with players like Hunt, Tonge, Savage, Commons and Hulse you could be forgiven for thinking they were - albeit a very poor Premiership side. 1-0 was a good scoreline for us at HT as I didn't think Derby would be as good and we wouldn't be as bad.

I think it was a case of us just doing what we only know what to do in these circumstances; run faster and play at a higher tempo. Derby reverted to a poor Championship team and we huffed and puffed. I can't fault our effort and there is spirit there even if it is only spirit with the intelligence of cavemen at times but spirit nonetheless.

We deserved a point and I think if we'd played for 10 minutes longer we may have won it.

Typical game in this division, the neutral whose been in a coma for 9 months wouldn't know which team is in the playoffs and the other is a point off relegation.

The defence looks comical at times, Nosworthy and Kallio are decent players for the urgent situation we find ourselves in but they look just like two people who have just met, which of course they have. Stewart is a terrible player but unfortunately is the best we have at the moment, Montgomery looks as comfortable as a straight guy in a gay bar at right back and must show how awful Ryan France must be.

I think we're at Preston on Tuesday, I know exactly how we're going to play but we could either win or lose 3-0.

I think I'll take the 3-0 option please Santos.

It wasn't a strange game for me, it was a totally crap game and exactly the reason why season tickets will not be shifted to all but the die hards, of which I am one.

We're the absolute ideal opposition for Preston on Tuesday. I also know how we're going to play but I also know for sure we are not going to win 3-0.
