So im driving, who knows what could happen :p

oh my day got soooo much better!

Got there abit late, well 20 mins :p

and they wouldnt let me in :(

Oh well we won anyways

top result tonite:D:nana:

thought defence was solid throughout

not best of performances but was a tough place to go

job done:beer:

cahill for england:thumbup:

Attendance 12,158. I know it was on telly, but that's crap. They can't really afford to be turning punters like Tino away, even if they do go the pretty way to get there.

only when i got back did my dad decide to say why didnt you just go to junction 24 on m1 and straight across

Cheers dale but its a tad late :p

Great result before the international break.

Up The Blades!

:)

Do we want the break, we are on a good roll and don't want knocking off our tracks.

Still, that is how to grind out the win, well played Blades. Resiliant defending to say the least tonight and we deserved the win in my eyes.

UTB

Anyone know what went on with those Blades fans apparently fighting.

Also it said that Fuller was suspended yet he was up front today.

Accordingt the the radio (in bed ill!) it was a Stoke fan who managed to get into the blades section.

David Holdsworth comment of the day:

United need Steven Seagul out there its like under siege 3
Paul Walker: dont you mean steven segal?

I thought Cahill had a great game as did Bardsley when defending.
It was a bit like the alamo at some points.
Well done to the lads on a great away win.

Heard on the wireless that some Stoke numpties had got in. Well done to you faithful who turned up!

The "blades" were busy at half time fighting amongst themselves, was like a bloodbath on the concorse/toilets. Coppers didn't have a clue what to do.

I'm a lucky charm at away matches :D
Cahill played had a good game, was getting abit worried towards the end thinking that Stoke were going to put it in the back of the net.

UTB!

I heard this one man saying that his mates dad had been punched in the stomach, then was sick all over there fellow 'blade' who hit him and had got taken to the hospital.
Nearly slipped over on the floor where there was the beer that had been thrown

The game first...

A good resilient away performance, and I'm delighted with the win. Kilgallon and Cahill were absoluetly fantastic. It's a shame we'll never keep Cahill to be honest, I just hope we can keep him for the season.

6 games unbeaten, let's hope it continues.

The fighting...

Was a disgrace. They weren't just fighting, there was 5 or 6 on 1, it's pathetic. I'd have liked to have given some of them a good pasting the way they were going. However the glasses appear to have brought me into sophistication (sp?) during the matches :D

so 5 or 6 blades ganged up on another blade. nobs.

Lets face it, no matter how we lucky at it, if Stoke had been a bit more skillful we would have been turned over well and truly yesterday.

The pressure was from them from the off, and whilst we Benno was not tested until injury time, we was under the cosh for most of the game.

But lets not take away a fantastic result. Cahill MOTM by a country mile.

What worries me now, yes we are on a decent run, what happens IF Bardsley and Cahill do go in Jan?

Thats exactly what happens to most teams who travel to Stoke, they vary rarely let you play your own game and always pressure you/bully you in the air.

Sitting in Quito, Ecuador, with no luggage it was great to hear that at least the Blades are doing well. Hope to be back for the next one. Great to have this forum.

You are well travelled this year. We will try to keep you informed although some of it is opinion based rather than fact.

Hope you and the family are well and look forward to our next meeting.

:)
