Most of them seem to be young people of a certain type and as seen when Charlton scored completely incompetent in controlling the situation.

Our stewards only seem to have one purpose and that is to block entry to your gangway and to insist on checking the season ticket already checked by the scanner when you entered the ground.

They would be better put to use fetching pies, chips etc to save us supporters having to get up.

Stewards are paid next to nothing by companies who do the bear minimum to fulfill the terms of their contract so as to squeeze out the maximum profit.
