It is clear, in that it’s clear those rules relate to loans from English clubs. What it doesn’t answer is what about loans from foreign clubs. There’s a link to a pdf of the full rules but it won’t download to my phone.

I know but it was international loans we were talking about. Weirdly I had downloaded the PDF you mentioned and just as I was searching for the rule I was listening to Wilders press conference and he says we are at our limit for English loans so the Incomings will be English permanent, and international permanent and loan.. I may have misread it but he says potential incomings on all 3
