about Cooper? Been out of work a bit now, might be up for it? Didn't set the world on fire at Leicester or Bronby but did well at Swansea on a frees and loans only restriction, not to mention getting Forest off the bottom of the Champ to the PL?
Or Rob Edwards!
Wilder is so pissing lucky that the owners have got a great big grey cloud hanging over their future to worry about sacking him

Wilder is the best person to dig us out of the shit, we have charlatans as owners and I'm not talking about Tim Burgess and his mates... cus they have a great sense of humour, and can bang a tune out.

We have owners without a pot to piss in, it's gonna get worse before it gets better, and to those who dislike him (me included) he's exactly what we need, dont chase him out..

When we hit league one, we will need CW for the reboot.

Wilder is going sooner or later. The only problem we have with the longer he stays is the fact that some of our fans are turning their back on the club. Our attendances are dropping even season ticket holders are picking and choosing the home games they go to. The longer he stays it puts the long term future of the club at stake.

spot on parkblade wilders days are numbered and as another poster has suggested i wouldnt be adverse to rob edwards coming in unless we wait for carrick to be sacked at manure 🤔😉

Yeah and when we hit league two, I suppose we’ll need CW for the reboot then ‘n all

Wilder is doing about right for the squad we have isn't he? Sold the main attacking threat and not replaced them and sitting above mid-table.

He’s a good way responsible for that squad though.

He might not have had any money this last window for fees but a lot of the wage distribution is down to him.

Right back for example.

First choice - Seriki. Young(ish) has had a few injuries and inconsistencies so you’d think a good, solid and available backup would be important

Shackleton - the Bogle replacement, just fucking lol

Doherty - the Seriki backup whose been on a well documented decline for a few seasons, with decreasing mobility and availability.

Choudhury - the midfielder signed as the backup backup right back who was on a contract of £50,000 a week at Leicester and the general rumour is that we just simply took over his contact.

That’s 3 terrible signings for one position which between them probably cost £100k a week. So yeah, he may not have had fee money this window but surely we could’ve picked up an athletic and available right back out of league one or lower championship to be backup to Seriki and used some of that money to address the lack of creativity.

He’s spent lots of money over the last few years that we’ve very little to show for.

He might be sat mid table with a mid table squad but he’s contributed a lot to turning premier league money into a mid table championship squad.

A mid table championship squad that sits bottom 4 in most key metrics like XG, XG against, possession, key passes, chances created and chances conceded.

Would rather look at someone like Tom Cleverley or Jack Wilshire who are playing good football in the league below and look to be on the way up.
What if they come in and only sign British players though?

I've always been quiet supportive of Chris but for some reason he's gone very insular this season and his team structuring has gone backwards and very predictive ,as for all this we need old heads and lads that understand the culture .it is a complete load of old baloney.or bollox however you look at it . He needs to get his head out of his Arris and understand the feeling around the club and fan base .yesterday a classic example

Look at the state of the football we are playing, though. It’s a really hard watch and could and should be much better with the players we have. We still have players who provide an attacking threat, but we don’t play in a way that allows them to thrive. O’Hare put the effort in but lacked end result far too often. Brooks is still developing and lacked consistency. Neither of them were consistently game changers. Admittedly, we were overly dependent on Hamer because we needed him to compensate for the general shitness of our “tactics”. So no, I don’t think Wilder is doing about right.

Might be something of a left-field suggestion, but Chris Agutter at Sutton United is generating a fair bit of interest. Already had one League 1 club approach Sutton earlier this month which was turned down, and a number of other clubs at L1 and CH level are interested in him, either as a potential manager or coach.

He's got them playing positive football, and they're doing decently in the Bational League. When he went in they were falling like a stone, but they are comfortable in mid-table now, and could make a move towards the playoffs. Had an iffy run of late, but have had to play the top 2 in their last 3 games.

all down to wilder hes the manager he dictates the type of system and football we play hes taking us nowhere and think the majority of blades fans realise this
