He was absolutely superb tonight. Had a hand in 3 of the 4 goals, put a proper shift in, and was absolutely superb.

Man of the match by a country mile.

Oh Stephen Quinn, you are the love of my life
Oh Stephen Quinn, i'd let you shag my life
Oh, Stephen Quinn, i want ginger hair too

He even tried to be peacemaker between LJF and Collins.

Shame Beattie didnt score to end a perfect evening.

Altogether now..
O we aint got a barrel of money.....

Must have had my back to the game tonight. Sorry but 'superb' seems a little bit excessive.

Amazing what you can do from a police cell...

Quinn was outstanding last night - his cross for the 1st was excellent, the pass for the 4th wasn't easy but he weighted it perfectly and he also set up the 2nd with a nice flick (altho Doyle still had a fair bit to do!). I think he has been poor recently but he looked back to his best.

All he has to do now is keep his form. One good game in four is not good enough. He has to be more consistent.

Was considering starting a similar thread myself, best game he's had since October. Performances like that are what got people talking about him but sadly they are too rare at the moment. Let's hope he's back to his best...

thought doyle was the outstanding player. he's won me over.. just from lowton.. quinn played well .. all he has to do is match end product to his array of skills and he'll be fine. he's a bit too 'tricksy' as schmeegel would have said

Quinn, an improvement on his recent poor form but outstanding!! I think he did well but other players played a lot better than him. He annoys me that he's got to do a flick or a trick at every opportunity, there was one in the first half when after some good inter-changes between the players Quinn had a chance to put the ball, Cressy and Evans both made attcking runs for a cross but Quinn dragged the ball back to look good and then lost it, Evans and Cressy both lokked at each other as if to say for f***s sake. I know he set Doyle up with a flick for his goal. Never the less a better performance from Quinny.

I like Quinny he can be a cracking player, but his run of excellent form concerns me when they mainly come in both transfer windows.
