No doubt this guy was sat on the kop sat on there for the first time in a while and Egan got a few pelters for not trying to take on the entire team when a bit of space opened up and he passed it instead

I'll stay out of the herd and continue spouting bollocks thanks very much if it means I won't be enthralled with another mid-table finish this season.
Oh yes, your pointless snowflaking absolutely affects what happens on the pitch. No, really.

Such insight as “clear them all out” is the stuff of legends, separate from the pack mentality. I’ve never heard it walking out from the kop - well, at least not every other step I take.

I expect Wilder will be in touch shortly.

It's called commonsensewithoutbeingblinkeredbyapricetag

Nice one Bruce, very amusing, double post, joined together sentence playing cleverly off my liquor comment. Kudos sir, tips hat :)

1. no we haven’t

2. at this stage last season Jake Wright had played the majority of the games (including all the wins)

3. It was Hendos fault.
The back pass from Egan was shocking. He is equally at fault for the goal.

Firstly you need to look up the definition of "snowflake". It's the one who reacts with shock, horror and outrage when someone comes out with something they don't agree with. i.e. in this case you, dipstick.

Secondly I'll be interested to know how long you think your ageing favourites are going to carry on for before we consider bringing in replacements. 35, 40 even longer?

Your cringeworthy thread yesterday was the definition of a snowflake.

Quick to spit out the dummy, born out of mental weakness, desperate for attention.

You to a tee.

As I said, you need raise your game. A snowflake is someone who is a person characterized as overly sensitive or easily offended. Which was exactly your reaction to the posts of mine to which you were referring to. Not the other way round. Geddit? Doh.

Not someone who melts at the first sign of pressure?

There must be another word for you then.

Melt. That’s the one. Melt. ;)

No he isn’t. Henderson could have put the ball literally anywhere other than the place he did and we wouldn’t have conceded from it. The back pass didn’t stop Henderson smashing the ball down the pitch, which is what he should have done. Henderson decided to try and play clever and he got it wrong. It was entirely his fault and I’m willing to bet he’d tell you the exact same thing.

The back pass from Egan wasn't the best, but if Henderson hadn't touched it the very worst that would have happened was we would have conceded a corner.

Henderson chose to play the ball, he could have kicked it out for a throw in somewhere near the halfway line without any pressure.
He was unaware of the Leeds player and played a daft pass. It happens, I have sympathy for the lad he's a really good keeper and it's a hard one for him to take. He, and no one else, cost us the game.

1. Shit

2. Bull shit

3. Fucking mega bull shit

1. After 20 games this season we've conceded 24, after 20 last season we'd conceded 24. Doing the maths were conceding roughly 1.2 goals per game, last season we averaged roughly 1.2 goals per game. So we haven't conceded more.
2. Stearman missed the first 10 or so games, so it's 50-50
3. It's very open to interpretation.

So non of it was shit, bullshit or mega bullshit. But you'll still believe you're right. Egan is better, Hendo is better; but we're still conceding the same about. I'm not sure why; but I'd argue it's more to do with the fact neither JOC or Fleck have been at last seasons standard. Not saying they're been shit, just not at the level they've set.

I like Stearman and wouldn't have any issue if he comes in when Egan is unavailable, I wouldn't have him in before Egan though as Egan is a better player. The one thing that Stearman is better at is making simple passes, Egan is more of a "kick it, head it' tackle him" defender. There is still a place in football for defenders who like to defend though.

Whether you prefer Egan or Stearman it is a fair enough question to ask why do we concede so many goals? It is getting to the stage where we must score at least 2 if not 3 to record a win, which ever way you look at it it is not good enough.

If we'd have scored 1 of the easy chances on Saturday before we passed the ball to their player 5 yards from the goal I think we might have won 1 nil for once.

Agreed regards the pass from Egan but the blame unfortunately for Hendo stops with him and even he knows it. He’s a good, confident character though so I think he’ll get over it in no time at all. Hendo could’ve done one of two things and he did none of them.

Yeah but you can't just defend well for 89mins of the game, looking at the goals we have conceded this season how many have been from good football by the other team ? We seem to give them away so cheaply we should be making teams work their bollocks of to score but we aren't.

Stearman must have really improved as a footballer then in the past few weeks that’s all I can say.

I sometimes think t hat there is something in our fans DNA that makes us spit the dummy out and look for a scapegoat at the first sign of any sort of setback. Yes we lost on Saturday to a very avoidable mistake , & failed again to put away the chances that would have won us the game . But every team has periods like this , we are still playing well & it WILL come right. Believe me , watching the Blades now is infinitely better than some of the garbage I have suffered through in the last 40 years!

1. It's not the first sign of a setback. As you say yourself in the next sentence, we failed again to put chances away.

2. Why do you think it will come right?

Agree with that and would add that if you're going to play a ' buccaneering ' style of play where your defenders go storming up the pitch in a 'shit or bust ' manner you need at least one defensive player who can stand firm and defend.

I blame Captain Blade for all this buccaneering stuff by the way.

I think we should “get rid of the current lot, sack the board, and get some money spent”.

That covers it, doesn’t it?

If sticking with the herd means not spouting the complete bollocks that you do, then “baaaa”. :)

Surely "moo" ?

Well, seeing as my not unreasonable post about Stearman being better with his feet than Egan, and Egan being more in the Morgan mould (not exactly uncomplimentary by the way) sent you into a mini meltdown which resulted in you chucking insults around, you really need to re-evaluate your phraseology there. WWF hasn't hacked your account by any chance has he, you seem a bit fragile lately?

I don't think Stearman is better with the ball at his feet personally.

I was drawn in to your reference to the replies that the OP had got, not your reference to Stearman or Egan.

I’m the opposite of fragile, and can spot those desperate to throw away everything we’ve built at the first sign of a sticky patch.

They’re the ones straight on with the outrageous conclusions, and always straight after a defeat. And that’s you.

How can I be desperate to throw everything away when I have no influence over anything to do with our team and the way they play? The sticky patch has been going on for a while now by the way, none of which is my doing. Like everyone else I just observe. As regards your last sentence, the only thing outrageous about that is your imagination. You'd do well on NKT with your attempts to shout down every critical comment posted on the forum. You should have gone to the kiddies hospital tonight, you would have blended in well with the snowflake lights.

Your thread got the contempt it deserved, by just about everyone that read it, not just me.

It appears you scarpered like a little child, rather than defend your stance. Typical of an internet troll - desperate for the attention your pathetic real
life fails to deliver.

Other than that, I’m sure you’re a top bloke. ;)

The only thing pathetic are your posts where you think escalating insults is going to get you all round pats on the back. Sorry to break this to you but forum rules are set by the owners and not you so you can say what you like and I'll post what I like. Stick to being outraged, I suppose that's a modern day right but careful you don't blow a gasket in the process.

Other than that I'm sure you're a right nob ;)
