Credit to Stearman for a solid performance today, clean sheet and getting his goal. I've been critical of him, so credit where credit is due.

Opposition were awful, but thought he did the basics well today in terms of controlling the line, being more aware of runners off his back shoulder and he won a few key headers.

Hopefully with Basham being available for the back 3 again (finally), we can start getting some consistency with the defensive performances. That will be the difference come the end of the year.

Had a great game today. The back 3 generally looked well organised and that's to his credit.
I am one of those who has clamoured for Wright to come back into the team but if Stearman keeps performing like he did today then I will be happy. Bash back in defence will be a bonus as well, as I can't see Fleck sitting on the bench.

Tough one for me, because CCV seems to be the guy Wilder uses for the battle. ie I think he made his debut to mark Fletcher., however Fleck, Lundstram and Duffy are a must, but then again so is Basham. Nice decision to have to make, especially with a game 2 days later. There will be some rotation so...

Hard to judge anyone defensively on yesterday. Bolton will more telling for all concerned as they will launch it and put themselves about a lot more.
